Concepts, Drawings and Visualizations
The design process can include concept drawings, space planning, mood boards and storyboards, CAD drawings, 3D drawings and visualizations, and SketchUp models. The proposal identifies the drawings and presentations needed for your project, so you know what will be delivered and when decisions are required.
Procurement, Coordination and Installation
The studio can handle procurement, contractor and trade coordination, and final installation as part of the agreed scope. If you prefer to use your existing contractor or trades, Parishi works with that team. The proposal sets out responsibilities, purchasing arrangements and how design decisions are communicated throughout the project.
A Scope Shaped Around Your Project
We begin by understanding your space, business goals, operational needs and the team already involved. The proposal then defines the services, deliverables, fees and responsibilities for your project. Any required engineering, specialist design or permit documentation must be assigned to appropriately qualified providers; design drawings do not substitute for those services.

Are engineering and permit services included?
Any required engineering, specialist design or permit documentation must be assigned to appropriately qualified providers. The proposal identifies responsibilities; the studio does not make an unconditional promise to provide those specialist services.
